Black Garlic White Bean Dip
Yield 8- 10 servings
Ingredients:
-8 cloves of Small Earth Foods Black Garlic
-4 tablespoons olive oil
-2 (15 oz.) cans cannellini beans
-3 tablespoons lemon juice (juice from one lemon)
-¼ teaspoons black pepper
-1 pinch cayenne pepper
-1 tablespoon hot water
-1 ½ tsp. Florida Pure Sea Salt
Steps:
1. Remove water from beans. Place all ingredients in food processor. Purée until smooth, then taste for sea salt and pepper. Adjust as necessary. Transfer to a serving dish and finishes with a drizzle of olive oil if desired.
