Black Garlic and Smoked Salmon Dip

DIP:

  • 10oz Cream Cheese

  • 6oz Sour Cream

  • 1 stalk Scallion, Diced

  • 4 cloves Black Garlic, Smashed

  • 4oz Smoked Salmon, Flaked

  • ¼ teaspoon Florida Pure Sea Salt

CROISTINI:

Process:

  • DIP: Place all ingredients into a mixer with paddle attachment and whip on medium speed until fully incorporated, about 2 minutes. If mixing by hand, make sure cream cheese is softened and mix for double the time, about 4 minutes. Can be eaten immediately or chilled. 

  • CROISTINI: Pre heat oven to 375°. Lay out the sliced bread evenly onto pan and drizzle generously with EVOO. Then, sprinkle with Florida Pure Black Garlic Infused Sea Salt (insert the name of kind you want to use) and bake for 10-12 minutes or to desired crispiness.
