DIP:
10oz Cream Cheese
6oz Sour Cream
1 stalk Scallion, Diced
4 cloves Black Garlic, Smashed
4oz Smoked Salmon, Flaked
¼ teaspoon Florida Pure Sea Salt
CROISTINI:
1 each Loaf Ciabatta or French Baguette, Sliced Thin
2oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
½ teaspoon Florida Pure Black Garlic Infused Sea Salt
Process:
DIP: Place all ingredients into a mixer with paddle attachment and whip on medium speed until fully incorporated, about 2 minutes. If mixing by hand, make sure cream cheese is softened and mix for double the time, about 4 minutes. Can be eaten immediately or chilled.
CROISTINI: Pre heat oven to 375°. Lay out the sliced bread evenly onto pan and drizzle generously with EVOO. Then, sprinkle with Florida Pure Black Garlic Infused Sea Salt (insert the name of kind you want to use) and bake for 10-12 minutes or to desired crispiness.
